It is already the third generation of a hoteliers family, the one that since fifty years runs the hotel and restaurant Lanz. In the kitchen everything is home- made, from pasta to desserts, with local products that come straight from Livigno’s area, such as dried beef, meat and cheese from cows and pigs reared on farms in Livigno. The proposal on the table is mainly the tradition of Valtellina: Sciatt with dried beef and chicory, inevitable pizzocheri, taragna polenta” with mixed grill, and, finally, soft cupcake with a heart of chocolate mousse and berries. They reserve particular attention to the younger guests, with special menus and dedicated playroom. The family-run business, the warmth atmosphere,and the beautiful room with large windows from where you can have a view on the entire valley, are the strengths of the restaurant.
