Eine der am meisten erwarteten Veranstaltungen der Saison kehrt nach Livigno zurück: Am Montag, den 8. und Dienstag, den 9. April wird die gastronomische Tradition des Tals durch die Erinnerung an Mattias Peri, den ersten Koch aus Livigno und dem Valtellina, der 2009 einen Michelin-Stern erhielt, gewürdigt.

MORNING - COOKING SCHOOL
On Monday 8 April, Associazione Mattias is offering hospitality schools, hoteliers and restaurateurs an opportunity for training with local excellence and chefs at Plaza Placheda.

Programme:
8:00 a.m. accreditation - Moderator Paolo Vizzari
8:20 a.m. welcome greetings
8:30 a.m. Maurizio Di Dio; The value of the cooking instrument for correct preparation. "shapes and materials".
9:30 a.m. 60-minute cookery lesson with chef Giancarlo Morelli
10:40 a.m. cooking lesson of 60 minutes with chef Alessandro Negrini
11:50 a.m.cooking lesson of 60 minutes with chef Davide Caranchini

Followed by greetings and lunch together for hotel schools

SLALOM DINNER AMONG THE STARS

Programme:
7:30 p.m. : SLALOM BETWEEN THE STARS, a charity dinner prepared by Michelin-starred Chefs of Excellence at the Kosmo Taste The Mountain restaurant in Livigno.
The chefs attending the evening are: Alessandro Negrini, Davide Caranchini, Giancarlo Morelli, Gianluca Fusto, Gianni Tarabini, Michele Talarico, Valeria Mosca, Paolo Rota.

The registration fee to participate in the SLALOM DINNER AMONG THE STARS  is € 200.00.

The Associazione Mattias, is an excellence of Little Tibet, born in memory of Mattias Peri, the first chef from Livigno and Valtellina to receive a Michelin Star in 2009.
