AL VACH THE OFFICIAL GRAPPA OF LIVIGNO
It rises proudly above the Livigno Valley, the unmistakable Monte Vago, Al Vach, “the shady one” in local dialet. Shady in name but transparent in breath, with its 3059 meters height covered by woods rich in pines, herbs, and scents. All these scents are captured and woven into the mountain character of Nebbiolo grappa Al Vach. It was distilled according to the family traditions of Valtellina and aged in oak barrels in Livigno at 1816 m.a.s.l. It surprises at first taste with its intense charm, vibrant and pervasive in its notes, just like an ancient legend.

In the enchantment of the green Federia valley, Fedaría in local dialect, amidst meadows, woods, and legends, a luxuriance of wild herbs grows in the unspoiled nature: iva herb, thyme, juniper, wild fennel, chamomile. They are the heart of a strongly-flavored liqueur with beneficial mountain properties that release a delicious bouquet of fresh notes, recalling the unmistakable scents of our valley, balanced by the sweetness of Valtellina honey, for a smooth, deep, and harmonious taste experience.
