The card is free to all those who come to stay in Livigno at a partner accomodation.
Request your card upon arrival at the property. Download the MyLivignoPass app, link your card to the app, and enter your details to activate it.
A new feature will soon be introduced, allowing guests to start planning their stay even before arriving in Livigno. After completing the booking, the accommodation provider will be able to send guests a link to activate their digital MyLivignoPass. Once activated, the pass will allow guests to browse and book experiences and activities in advance, making it easy to plan a personalized holiday.
Each card has a named holder and a card is given to all guests over the age of 3 years.
Parents can upload their cards and those of their children to the app.
Contact customer support, who will block the card and provide instructions on how to proceed.
