This building, erected in the 1970s, is still inhabited by the Silvestri family, and takes its name from its builder, "grandfather" Filippo Silvestri, known as Filíp da Lorénz. The Bait is located in the central but quiet district of Pémont, a few steps from the Mottolino ski lifts, the Latteria of Livigno and the parish church of Santa Maria Nascente. The bus stop (public transport is free) can be reached within a few minutes on foot. For our guests, at the back of the house, there is a large parking lot.
