This is the third generation to manage the Galli family’s business. This hotel was founded in 1958 and underwent various changes, today Erio Galli manages the Bistrot and the Cantina Bivio restaurant, and both are located on the bottom floor of the same building. This restaurant is a reference point for the town; no one can resist a taste of polenta politely offered on the spacious terrace in front of the main entrance. The menu offers seasonal dishes like: deer prosciutto served with porcini salad, bacon with cherry tomatoes, grilled salmon with lemon sauce and for dessert a chocolate fondue with fresh fruit.
