Surrounded by the nature of the Federia Valley you will find a little hut made of wood and a cozy atmosphere. A mix of Tuscany and Valtellina food: starters with typical mountain products such as bresaola, slinzegha and cheese with honey. Also the first courses are two mountain specialties: grandmother’s Gnocchi (mixture of bread soaked in milk and prepared like pizzocheri with Bitto cheese, Savoy cabbage and potatoes) and homemade noodles with deer meat sauce. The second courses are more from central Italy like roast beef with potatoes. The desserts are also from Tuscany: grandmother’s lemon cake, Tiramisu, almond biscuits, homemade meringue and the tasting of our herbal liqueurs.
