The new apartment Al Fabrik is situated in the lake zone of Livigno and offer you a quite and relaxing holiday but in the meantime you can reach the pedestrian area in only 10 minutes by foot.
In the winter season you can reach in few minutes the cross-country tracks, while the lifts are at only 500 mt. and you can reach them with the free buses that have the bus stop at only 20 mt. from the house; you can also try the emotion to drive skidoos, quad and Kart on ice at 200 mt.
During the summer you can relax yourself and your children can play in our garden, or reach quickly our lake to enjoy a beautiful seight and then, with the cycle-pedestrian street, you can walk close to the river and reach the most important trails for bike and trekking.
Close to the house there are also a playground for our little guest with a Pic-Nic area and Aquagranda pools with slide & fun area, wellness and relax and the sport area with a semi-olimpionic swimmingpool.
