Baita Alessio

The holiday home Baita Alessio is located near the lake of Livigno. It’s just a few meters from the Aquagranda centre, a wellness and fun area, and from the bike trail. Baita Alessio is just 500 m from the city centre and not far from the blue gondola “Cassana” (n. 30) which can be quickly reached thanks to the free bus that stops near the holiday home. Baita Alessio was completely renovated in 2013 and is made of wood and stone, following the traditional style of Livigno, In the past, the holiday home was a barn, but today it’s a nice three independent apartments holiday home decorated with passion and character. Vetta Rossa is furnished in the most essential mountain style and with objects made of wood inspired by the tradition of Livigno (like the old wooden skis). The furniture of Vetta Bianca are inspired by contemporary design, like the prints of the most famous paintings by Picasso. Vetta Verde is in mountain design, a lovely studio made of wood. Tourist Tax: Starting from July 1st, 2025, in accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night will be applied. The tax applies to all guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Payment will be collected on site.
