The Biancotti-Bormolini’s family is glad to welcome you in BAITA RIG.
The house is brand new, built in a quiet and sunny area surrounded by nature. The house is located 400 meters from the CASSANA cable car, which you can use to reach the CAROSELLO 3000 thanks to the connections across the whole mountain side, its a few steps away from Val Federia, perfect for hiking or just taking a walk in the nature.
The house is close to a supermarket, a restaurant and a “pizzeria” and to the bus stop (the bus is free) that connects every place in town.Just a few min. walk from the house you find the pedestrian zone and the Livigno’s city center.
3-room apartment, a double room, a second room with two single beds, a living room – kitchen and a bathroom with the shower.
With the apartments is included: a private parking lot, garden, storage area for bikes, ski deposit with boot dryer, TV Sat, safe, vacuum cleaner. Inside the kitchen you can find a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, hobs, kettle. The bathroom has shower and hairdryer. For our little guests we can arrange both a cot.

The free ski pass is available for stays of at least 5 nights in a hotel with 4 days of skiing, or at least 7 nights in an apartment with 6 days of skiing.
