Bio Haus Rasia offers two eco-friendly chalets in the heart of Livigno: Chalet Larice and Chalet Abete. Both are built with sustainable materials and A+ certification, heated through a pellet thermal system ensuring energy efficiency and environmental respect. The interiors, finished in fragrant larch wood and complemented by natural-tone fabrics, create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Chalet Larice, spread over four floors, accommodates up to eight guests and includes a basement with garage, ski and bicycle storage, utility bathroom, and laundry, while the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with smart TV, and access to the private garden. The first floor has two double bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms, one with chromotherapy and a Turkish bath. Chalet Abete is a more intimate option, maintaining the same comfort and attention to detail. Both chalets are just steps from the pedestrian area and the Cassana cable car, providing easy access to ski schools, rental shops, stores, bars, and restaurants, with the free bus stop only 100 meters away.
