Our holiday homes are located in a quiet area, awayfrom the hustle and bustle and amidst nature. We are situated in one of the sunniest spots in Livigno, yet only a 10 minute walk away from the centre. The ski lifts depart only 600 m away from our property and are also easily accessed with the free ski-bus, which departs only 20 m away from us. When returning home from the ski slope you can walk directly to our holiday homes with your ski still attached to your feet.
Only a few metres away from our holiday homes there is a beautiful cycling and foot path and during the summer season our home is the best start point for some of most beautiful mountain esxcursion by walk, running or bike like Val Federia and Val Salient.
Along the path it will take you only five minutes to reach the beautiful 10,000 sqm wellness centre Aquagranda.
We are the owners and managers of this holiday home which allows us to be there all the time.
