From January 14 to 16, 2025, Aquagranda Active You in Livigno will host the only Italian stop of the prestigious Master Freestyle Aufguss, the world championship dedicated to Freestyle Aufguss Masters. This unique event combines spectacle, adrenaline, and wellness, turning every sauna session into an unforgettable experience.

Since 2017, the Master Freestyle Aufguss has celebrated the art of aufguss like never before: participants, including top athletes from around the globe, combine advanced ventilation techniques, breathtaking acrobatics, and music-synchronized choreography to create thrilling performances.

This year, Aquagranda will welcome 16 international athletes, including representatives from Japan, the Czech Republic, Norway, Poland, the Netherlands, and Italy. The competition will take place in the Alpine Event Sauna, where heat, rhythm, and energy merge to deliver three unforgettable days.

PROGRAMME

The Master Freestyle Aufguss offers over 30 aufguss sessions across three days, with competitions taking place every 45 minutes. Each athlete will perform in 4 rounds, culminating in a spectacular final showdown, where a song chosen by the jury will test their skills to the limit.
