Tuesday 26 May

Tree Festival and Environmental Day
Morning: planting, clean-up activities, and workshops (schools)
8:00 AM | Meeting point for volunteers at Plaza Placheda
8:00 AM | Trepalle, meeting at the Oratory for equipment distribution and area assignments
12:30 PM | Lunch at Plaza Placheda (paid for those who are unable to participate)
1:30 PM | Presentation by the Mayor of the Transparency Day
2:00 PM | Games organized by the Youth Center (CAG)
3:30 PM | Snack

In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to June 3

Saturday 30 May

Collection organized by Mato Grosso
Please place items along the main streets
from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30.

For Trepalle, please bring all items you wish to donate to the Oratory headquarters on May 29 during the following hours:
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

River and Area Clean-Up
A day organized by the Hunting and Fishing Association, the 2007 cohort, Trepalle Youth, and volunteers.
