11–12 November – Mattias Trophy
To mark the tenth anniversary of Mattias’s passing, Livigno will host the Mattias Trophy, an event that combines remembrance, passion and talent.
The stars of the show will be students from hospitality schools in Lombardy and the Triveneto region, ready to put themselves to the test in a team competition covering the kitchen, front of house and hospitality. An experience of exchange, growth and sharing, designed to recognise the commitment and creativity of the younger generation and to transform the memory of Mattias into an opportunity to look to the future.

The Mattias Association is a flagship organisation in ‘Little Tibet’, founded in memory of Mattias Peri, the first chef from Livigno and the Valtellina to be awarded a Michelin star in 2009. Thanks to him, Livigno has made a huge leap forward in culinary quality, and his commitment and passion have paved a path that lives on today in the enthusiasm of young talents; the Association that bears his name wishes to continue to be a source of inspiration for the chefs of tomorrow. At the heart of the Association, whose aim is to promote and pass on Livigno’s culinary traditions to young chefs, lies a passion for cooking and for the local area, with a particular focus on innovation and constant exchange with the finest chefs in the Alps, whilst never losing sight of its origins and most deeply-rooted traditions.
