CIMA CAVALLI

Quite a challenging hike that takes place partly on a marked trail and partly on a ridge with exposed sections, in a high-altitude environment among rocky areas and alpine meadows. The barren and wild Val Salient extends in the northern part of Livigno, passing through green and peaceful forests to a rugged and open environment until reaching the Boccheta dal’ al Rosa, where, through exposed passages, you reach the summit of Monte Motto with a magical and unusual view over the entire Livigno valley.
