Kneipp Ritual

The Kneipp ritual will begin with an infusion of organic essential oils in the Finnish sauna, at a temperature ranging from 60 to 80 degrees Celsius.

This will be followed by a guided cooling phase in the indoor area: a cold shower and plunge pool, or a Kneipp path to cool only the feet.

Next, a gourmet scrub ritual will take place in the Turkish bath, followed by an outdoor cooling session where you can breathe in the fresh air of Livigno.

The experience will end in the heated outdoor pool, where each guest will be served a drink of their choice: Spritz, Hugo, or Prosecco.
