At the Nin Hotel & Spa
A journey through three varieties of Nebbiolo from Valtellina, exploring pairings with traditional local produce from Livigno. Every Monday at 6.00 pm, AIS-certified professional sommelier Bryan guides participants through a tasting dedicated to Valtellina’s ‘heroic’ viticulture, beginning with a brief description of the production area; this is followed by the basics of wine tasting and food-wine pairing. The wines are accompanied by a selection of local tastings and specialities, including TAS’T products, for an experience that combines wine culture, flavour and the authenticity of the region. The tasting takes place in the contemporary surroundings of Al Nin, where design and Valtellina tradition come together to create an intimate and pleasant atmosphere. On request, it is also possible to organise bespoke tours dedicated to sparkling wines and other local specialities.
