Our house is known for its hospitality and mountain tranquillity. It is located in a residential area just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Livigno and the Cassana no. 30 cable car. It is particularly convenient for ski lovers, thanks to the nearby free urban transport stop. A short walk away, there is also a bakery, a grocery store, a cycle and pedestrian path, and the Aquagranda Wellness Park.
During the summer, guests can enjoy the garden equipped with deckchairs, gazebo and barbecue. The apartments are equipped with a safe, Wi-Fi, independent heating, bed linen and towels. We offer private parking, free garage, bicycle storage and ski storage with boot warmers.
