Appartamento Stefano Zini is a welcoming and bright 50 sqm apartment on the ground floor with an independent entrance. There are two bedrooms; the first is a double bedroom and the second has two single beds that can be joined if necessary. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The living room and kitchen are combined in a single open space. In the living room we find a large sofa and TV. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, kettle and much more. The garden is all around the apartment and the ski storage is adjacent to the entrance. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay as well as final cleaning. Pets are allowed as long as they have insurance. Appartamento Stefano Zini is located in an excellent position 750 meters from the pedestrian area and the center of Livigno, 50 meters from the Cassana ski lift and 100 meters from the cycle path that can also be used in winter for pleasant walks. The free bus stop is 20 meters away. The proximity to every convenience allows you not to have to use your car for the entire holiday. The price of the stay does not include the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day.
