Baita Pemont

Baita Pemont is located in a very sunny place, close to a secular wood and a relaxing walk that coasts along our lake, by foot or by bicycle, ideal for children and adults. Near the house you can find the new dairy of Livigno, where you can taste our local products, the bicycle path and the centre of Livigno. During the winter you can easly reach the cross-country trail and in front of the house there is the bus stop, a free service which brings you directly to the ski-slopes of Mottolino and Carosello ski area. Our apartment is composed by two separate bedrooms with safe, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a living room with sofa and tv sat. There are two sunny balconies all day long. We offer to our kind guest: wi fi, private parking outside the house and covered garage, bike and ski room with warm wardrobe for ski and boots, and in our price are included bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning.
