ASSOCIAZIONE MATTIAS

The Associazione Mattias is a symbol of excellence in the Little Tibet, founded in memory of Mattias Peri, the first chef from Livigno and Valtellina to receive a Michelin Star in 2009. Thanks to him, Livigno made a significant leap in culinary quality, and his dedication and passion paved a path that still thrives today in the enthusiasm of young talents. The association that bears his name aims to continue inspiring the chefs of tomorrow.
At the heart of the association—whose mission is to promote and pass on Livigno’s culinary traditions to young chefs—lies a deep passion for cuisine and the territory, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous exchange with the best Alpine chefs, all while staying true to its roots and the region’s most deeply rooted traditions.
