The partnership between Brooks Running and the resort of Livigno is renewed until 2025. Livigno is a popular destination for all sportsmen and women for altitude training. Besides the confirmation of successful initiatives that have seen a great participation of the public, there is also an important novelty, such as the presence of Brooks at two prestigious running events scheduled in the summer season: Brooks - Livigno Skymarathon and Brooks - Stralivigno.
Brooks, a company specialising in the production of footwear and technical clothing for runners and trail runners, is also this year's partner of the resort of Livigno: a popular destination for sports tourism. Livigno is to all intents and purposes the queen of high altitude sports, and thanks to the services offered and the modern infrastructure, it will also be the venue for the snowboard and freestyle competitions for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
The perfect place, therefore, not only for professional athletes, but also for sportsmen of all levels and simple enthusiasts who love to spend an active holiday immersed in nature and in the spectacular scenery surrounding the Alpine town.
The partnership between Brooks and Livigno started two years ago and has been the occasion to organise numerous successful initiatives during the past summer seasons. Also for this summer, several Brooks proposals are scheduled: from the product testing activities of the new trail and speed models, free and open to all (last year, more than 1400 shoe try-ons were carried out), to the technical support during the training camps led by famous triathletes such as Daniel Fontana and Giulio Molinari, to the distribution of Brooks products in the specialised shops of the resort. But the novelties do not end here.
This year the brand will be the Brooks-Livigno Skymarathon, an international skyrunning competition with two breathtaking routes of 17 and 36 km (both races are scheduled for 17 June), and Brooks-Stralivigno, the historic race that for several years now has been making running enthusiasts run along the 21 km of the beautiful trails around Livigno (this year's date is 22 July).
