A journey through gastronomy and experiences spread across the destination, involving restaurants, producers and shops, with the aim of showcasing the local area and making Livigno an increasingly experience-driven destination.

September 2026 - There is a moment, between the end of summer and the beginning of winter, when Livigno changes its skin. The light becomes softer, the air thinner, the colors more intense. It is an almost imperceptible transition, yet one capable of transforming the way the valley is experienced: everything slows down, takes a breath, invites you to stop.

It is precisely at this moment that the territory tells its story through a tapestry of experiences spread across the valley, accompanying the approach of the ski season. A story made of atmospheres, encounters and flavors, in which every detail helps shape the identity of autumn at high altitude.

Within this context comes Sapori d’Autunno, a gastronomic journey that marks the rhythm of the autumn months and guides residents and visitors through ingredients, stories and signature interpretations. A recurring event that finds its symbolic moment on Friday evenings, turning them into an occasion dedicated to taste and conviviality.

Starting on September 18, each participating restaurant interprets an ingredient that symbolizes the season, building a dedicated menu around it. The chefs work with sensitivity and vision, enhancing its characteristics and creating ever-changing experiences capable of telling the story of the territory through taste. From apple paired with duck, beetroot and hazelnuts, to pumpkin combined with goose, radicchio and almonds, through to radicchio reinterpreted alongside cheeses, pumpkin and pecans, each proposal becomes a play of balance between seasonality and creativity. The tasting menus are accompanied by wine selections or non-alcoholic pairings, designed to complement each dish and complete the experience.

The full calendar of events — from September through the end of November — is available online and is constantly updated; thanks to the MyLivignoPass, it is possible to access dedicated conditions and book individual events, experiencing each Friday as an opportunity to discover new flavors and stories from the territory.

The program is also enriched by additional content that expands the experience, with live music, meetings with producers, themed tastings and other entertainment, all contributing to the creation of an authentic atmosphere deeply connected to the season.

The initiative also involves Livigno’s shops, which actively take part in telling the story of autumn by offering dedicated activities: exclusive in-store events, consultations and personal shopping sessions, extended or evening opening hours, presentations of new collections and opportunities to meet customers and guests. A contribution that extends the experience beyond the table, transforming the entire destination into a lively and dynamic space.

With Sapori d’Autunno, Livigno invites visitors to experience the valley in one of its most intimate expressions: a time when the pace slows, flavors become stories, and the winter season draws closer, gradually beginning to make its presence felt.
