The flat is independet and was completely renovated in spring 2025. It is on the ground floor with private outdoor parking, and consists of two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and steam bath, a complete kitchen and living room.
There is of course a ski room with boot warmers.
The price includes final cleaning, water, electricity and wi-fi.
In the flat you will find bed linen, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and everything you need for cooking.
Due to allergies, pets are not allowed in this flat.
We are 100 metres from the first ski lift (Skilift Doss 18), with which you can ski to the Carosello 3000. The distance to the centre is just over a kilometre.
We are 100 metres from the entrance to the cycle/pedestrian path, which with a beautiful walk connects the whole of Livigno, and which during the winter season runs alongside the cross-country skiing track. The distance from the centre is just over a kilometre.
