<p>On<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> 9 April, </span>as the light of the new day colours the sky and the surrounding snow, it will be possible to participate in<br>an exciting <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">yoga</span> session with the Sun Salutation, followed by<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> 8 starred chefs</span> will delight guests with a<br><span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">gourmet breakfast </span>prepared with care and enveloped in the silence of awakening nature.<br><br><br>Now in its<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> seventh edition, Sunrise Mattias</span> wants to pay tribute to the gastronomic tradition of the valley<br>through the memory of <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">Mattias Peri</span>, the first chef from Livigno and Valtellina to receive a<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> Michelin star in 2009.</span><br><br><br>The annual event is organised by the <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">Mattias Association</span> - established in 2015 following the death of the death of the talented chef - which, thanks to the commitment of all its members and the chefs of Livigno, wants to remember the figure of this chef and popularise his culinary art. On 9 April, as the light of the new day colours the sky and the surrounding snow, it will be possible to participate in
an exciting yoga session with the Sun Salutation, followed by 8 starred chefs will delight guests with a
gourmet breakfast prepared with care and enveloped in the silence of awakening nature.
Now in its seventh edition, Sunrise Mattias wants to pay tribute to the gastronomic tradition of the valley
through the memory of Mattias Peri, the first chef from Livigno and Valtellina to receive a Michelin star in 2009.
