The Pedrin's House apartment is located in the San Rocco area just 10 meters from the lift and chairlift of the San Rocco Ski Area n ° 17/A and 17/B. A special Ski Area for your first experience on the snow. Ideal for children but also great for the fun of adults with its famous toboggan and bobsleigh slope. At the Skiarea San Rocco you can easily buy the Skipass and the ski and snowboard school lessons. Next to it you will find the ”Montanella” Bar famous for its excellent sandwiches; as well as a very convenient ski rental where you can also store your equipment. While in summer there is a golf driving range and a playground for children just a few meters away. Under the house you can also find a hairdresser. Also nearby you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a nearby bus stop which is completely free. Languages spoken: Italian, English, Russian.
