The holiday home Bait de la Freita is located where the small village of Livigno stood in the 19th century. The supermarket, pharmacy and petrol station are only 500 meters from the house and in case you want to visit the centre of the town or reach the ski area the local free bus stop is at short distance (100 meters). The holiday home is located opposite the cable car Carosello 3000 (No. 11 on the ski lifts map) and 500 metres from the chairlift Teòla/Rocca (No. 1 on the ski lifts map). Bait de la Freita offers three apartments (Botton d'Oro,Rododendro and Stella Alpina ) and it is the best accommodation for families and groups up to 10 people who will enjoy an independent house for themselves. Each apartment is self-heating and equipped with floor heating system, furnished in waxed pine and with taste, elegance and attention to textiles. The kitchen is fully equipped. Tourist Tax: Starting from July 1st, 2025, in accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night will be applied. The tax applies to all guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Payment will be collected on site.
