Nordic Walking provides an easy, natural and very effective way to improve your physical condition and muscle tone regardless of age, sex or physical preparation. Nordic
Walking can be practised on various terrains, from the sea to the mountains in the summer and on the snowy slopes in winter.
NORDIC WALKING COURSE
Being out in the open air is good for both the heart and blood circulation, strengthens the arms and shoulders, improves back posture and tones both buttocks and abs - at first glance this looks like some kind of miracle cure. Instead, it is simply Nordic Walking, or better easy 2 to 4 hour excursions in the afternoons around some of the most striking parts of Livigno covering routes suited to everybody.
When: daily, on request, from mid-June to mid-October.
Where: you’ll be told at the time of booking.
Who's it for: everybody.
For Livigno Card holders: 80 Euro for 1 person + 5 Euro for each additional person.
Price for non Livigno Card holders: 85 Euro for 1 person + 7 Euro for each additional person.
