NIX apartment is part of a traditional mountain cabin with modern touches of design and efficiency, equipped with all comforts and a breathtaking view. A deluxe elegant home, fit for families and groups of friends, ideal base for exciting adventures, relaxing getaways and family vacations. Near the center but in a peaceful area, the house is completely new and decorated with quality furniture and materials. Full of light and with floor to ceiling windows it has the perfect climate and view for every season! The apartment has two stories. On the first level there is an entrance, perfect for leaving your shoes and coats on a snowy day. From the entry space you access the open space day area: a welcoming living room with warm colors, a bright dining room, with full height windows that face the town and mountains, and finally a well-equipped kitchen with a great work space. The sleeping area on this floor is separated and intimate. It has two double rooms, a bathroom with shower, and a steam bath (with another shower). The second floor has another two double rooms, one of them has two double beds, it’s a loft kind room that can alternate as a second living area. On this level there is another bathroom, with its own shower, with a ceiling window.
