Why going there

This is a traditional restaurant with a long time consolidated offer. Vinicio Cominelli has managed this restaurant for twenty-five years and despite his life long passion for the kitchen, he now leaves it to his trusted employees and enjoys managing the dining room and spend time with his guests. He personally chooses the menu and offers a wide selection of venison ranging from deer to roe as well as wild boar, just to mention a few. There is an appetizer served on a wooden board with venison prosciutto and bitto croquettes and for first course; fresh home made pastas like pappardelle dressed in venison meat sauce and saffron. For seconds; a big venison skewer with truffle cream. Desserts are all homemade like the walnut cake with a caramelized sauce. The restaurant is located in a convenient position, just before the pedestrian area and can easily be reached by car; the atmosphere is warm and cozy.
