ALPE MINE: VISIT TO THE DAIRY, MILKING AND DINNER AT THE ALP
Alpe Mine offers a typical dinner at the malga with its own km0 products; the evening includes a pleasant stop at the Cheséira to watch the milking of the milk and the making of the cheese, followed by an evocative open-air bonfire. There will be an Alpine Guide to accompany you by foot. The malga is open every day with the possibility of lunch and overnight stay.

Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with a good grip, ideal for walking. Don’t forget a rain jacket (k-way) to be prepared for any weather conditions.
Useful accessories: Bring a camera, binoculars, and/or a video camera to capture breathtaking landscapes and special moments along the way.
Hike: To reach the mountain hut, there is a walk of about 1 hour and 15 minutes with an experienced guide. Meeting point with the guide at 4:45 PM at Parking Lot P6. Headlamp required.
Participation fee: The fee includes the walk with an expert guide and the visit to the mountain hut with a traditional dinner featuring local products – the perfect way to end the day with an authentic taste of the mountains.
